Brie Ellen Leier, ARA, offers over 15 years of localized expertise with a deep understanding of both current and historical market trends across northwestern and north central North Dakota. Raised on her family’s third-generation farm and ranch in McHenry County, Brie’s experience and work ethic are rooted in production agriculture and an understanding of animal husbandry. With an extensive background in collateral risk management during her career in the lending sphere, to aiding individuals, attorneys, and trust managers on estate and financial planning activities, Brie brings a multifaceted understanding to agricultural and rural appraisal practice. In addition to the education and experience of a licensed North Dakota Certified General Appraiser, Brie holds her professional designation as an Accredited Rural Appraiser with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and is a charter member of the North Dakota Appraisers Association. Her extensive education, training, and experience provide our clients with high-quality, accurate appraisals. With a passion for agriculture and appraisal practice, she is committed to providing timely, cost-effective service to our clients. How to Request an Appraisal

Appraisal costs and completion timelines are built specifically to the scope of work for each client’s individual needs and the level of detail required to provide adequate understanding. You will need to provide:

The intended use or need for your appraisal

Effective date of the opinion of value (current value versus a date of death for a retrospective value)

Property specific details such as the legal description(s) to be appraised (can be found on your tax statements) to determine the location, size, and complexity of your property.

Details related to any improvements or buildings located on the property

Additional intended users of the appraisal, such as a spouse, siblings, or an attorney

Any purchase offers or sale details for the 3-year timeframe preceding the appraisal effective date

Onward Appraisals, LLC reserves the right to refer you to another appraiser if we are unable to meet your appraisal needs.
